You will be guided through the following three steps:
1) List all heirs
2) Determine who will receive what share of your estate
3) Transcribe by hand your template
You should keep your holographic will safe and place it in a place that is easy to find (deposit it with a trusted person, your lawyer or your municipality).
Easily create a valid patient decree
In cooperation with DeinAdieu.ch we offer you to create your personal patient decree for free.
You will be guided through the following four steps:
1) Choose your representative/substitute person
2) Answer questions about your attitude towards life
3) Answer medical questions
4) Print out and sign your patient decree
Deposit a copy with your representative/physician and store your card in your wallet.
Easily create a valid advance care directive
In cooperation with DeinAdieu.ch we offer you to create your advance care directive free of charge.
You will be guided through the following three steps:
1) Choose your representative
2) Choose a substitute person
3) Transcribe by hand your template
Ideally, you should deposit your advance care directive with a depository (CAPA, civil register office). It should in any case be easy to find in the event of your incapacity of judgement.
Free obituary notice
Create an online obituary notice on DeinAdieu.ch with the following advantages compared to a traditional obituary:
• Dignified obituary with a personalised text as well as coloured photos of your loved one
• Important key data such as the bereaved family, the date of death, event dates, etc.
• Distribution of the link to the online obituary via a medium of your choice: Whatsapp, e-mail, PDF, Facebook etc. (sharing)
